Ms Sacha June Thomsen born on 17 May 1990 was employed in our company from 1 July 2017 to 31 July 2022 in the CARE & Design department as a Advisor, CARE Digital. Ms Thomsen joined our company as Customer Care Specialist which involved the following tasks:
- Provide customer service for Danish-speaking customers via telephone, email, and chat
-Act as point of contact for customers on all matters relating to their orders and advice on print and digital products
-Assist customers in developing creative designs and marketing materials
Ms Thomsen possesses excellent in-depth specialist knowledge even in peripheral fields, which she always applied to our business processes in a most effective and beneficial manner. Particularly noteworthy are her pronounced communication skills, which she employs with great success at any time in the organisation of numerous special events.
Due to her very good perception, she was always able to understand complex situations immediately and to find very good solutions straight away. Ms Thomsen always worked using her own initiative and completely identified with her responsibilities and our company at all times. She always displayed an impressive level of dedication and motivation. In
extremely stressful situations, she always displayed exemplary resilience.
She always completed her tasks completely independently, extremely carefully and according to a well thought-out plan. She worked calmly, thoughtfully, in a target-oriented manner and extremely precisely at all times. She continuously impressed us particularly in terms of quality and quantity. Ms Thomsen was extremely reliable. She was always able to find excellent solutions for any problems which arose.
Due to a successful internal application, Ms Thomsen has been working as an Advisor, Care Service Digital since December 1st, 2018, which includes the following main tasks:
-Support the development of Specialists in the areas of Digital and identify gaps in knowledge or skills
- Ensure constant process improvement
- Coaching, planning and facilitating workshops, giving and taking feedback, presenting ideas/ concepts in a clear and compelling manner

The performance of Ms Thomsen always earned our full recognition in every respect. She was respected by everyone for her consistently friendly and well-balanced demeanour. She was always helpful, courteous, and where necessary, she put the interests of others before her own. Her personal conduct towards her line managers, colleagues and clients
was always exemplary and loyal.
Ms Thomsen is leaving our company at her request on 31 July 2022. We sincerely regret her departure, as we will be losing a very capable employee. I am a team coach of a Nordic Advisor Team at Vista and the direct manager of Sacha June Thomsen, who has worked as a digital advisor supporting our Danish customer care specialist team since December 2018. Before becoming a digital advisor, Sacha worked as a customer care specialist in the Danish team since July 2017.
As a digital advisor Sacha's responsibilities include supporting the customer care specialists with the more challenging issues related to our digital products, identifying team member's knowledge gaps and training the team members in order to close the gaps. Sacha has demonstrated in her work that she is eager to learn and develop further and constantly improve our processes and how we support team member development. Additionally, she looked for further responsibilities and learning opportunities for herself, and worked as a part of our "Feedback Champions" group, who were in charge of providing feedback related trainings to our Berlin office and support employees with daily feedback related topics.
Throughout her time as a digital advisor, Sacha has been receiving extremely positive feedback from the team members she supports. She is known as a friendly, flexible colleague, who is always ready to help and bring positivity to the interactions she is having. Sacha is praised for her clear and engaging way of explaining complicated, technical topics for the people she supports.

Sacha June Thomsen har i perioden 2. september 2013 til 20. december 2013 fungeret som praktikant hos The Animation Workshop, Viborg.
Her har Sacha løst eller hjulpet med at løse en lang række opgaver, store projekter såvel som lavpraktiske dagligdagsopgaver. Fra hjemmesideopdateringer og analyser af institutionens sociale medier over rapporter om Animation Workshop-projekter til koordinering af receptioner og PR på konferencer.
Lige fra starten udviste Sacha et enormt gåpåmod. Hun tog alle opgaver ombord, ingen udfordring var for stor, og hendes løsninger var altid kvalificerede og gennemtænkte.
Hendes måske største faglig force er et udpræget organisationstalent og overblik, der gør, at hun fungerer fremragende som projektkoordinator, også når der skal holdes mange bolde i luften på én gang.
Som menneske er Sacha sprudlende udadvendt med et smittende humør, der gør hende til en afholdt kollega. Som praktikant har hun vist en fornemmelse for at falde ind i husets omgangstone og -form, der vil tjene hende godt i hendes videre færd på arbejdsmarkedet.
Her på The Animation Workshop ville vi ikke tøve med at ansætte Sacha i en projektkoordinatorfunktion eller tilsvarende, hvis den rigtige stilling blev ledig.
